Williams ni pun tempat lepak dan bergosip kitaorg kat opis ni... sebulan sekali kot, especially time gaji... kat situ memang banyak dish yg sedap2... antaranya...

Seafood Risotto - harga dia pun sedap... Rm25 kot, Wan ingat2 lupa... tapi sangat berbaloi sebab portion dia cam utk 2-3 orang makan... pastu ada mcm2 seafood...

Lagi satu yang best... Soft Shell Crab Fried Rice... memang best giler...

Ni dish baru... tapi sedap jugak... ayam tu dipanggang dgn sos/sambal pastu disumbat ngan risotto... okay la gak kalau sharing2...

Kitaorg order Mediterranean Fly Wings...

Ngan Athena's Ocean Platter

Pastu, for dessert, Athena's Spicy Strawberries

Tapi Wan dah teringin (and terliur) utk makan Baklava nih.. kat menu ada.. tp bila order, dia cakap dah abis... sedey...

Food: Jogoya

Courtesy of one of my colleague's husband, we got vouchers to go to Jogoya, located on the Relish Floor of Starhill.

Jogoya is a buffet restaurant that serves mainly Japanese food, but not really restricted to Japanese food. Japanese and Seafood I guess.

The place was quite fancy schmancy so I was hesitant to take Elsa out and start snapping, especially since Elsa's not too fond on being silent. She's quite flashy too... so here are the ones I managed to snap...

Hot tissue

Our table

Lamb with some veges and wild mushroom

Venison

Chicken Wings and Grilled Alaskan Squid

Tomyam Soup

Shark's Fin Soup

Oysters

Jogoya Pins

You take the pins and put it at a counter for a dish you want. They'll whip it up and send em over to your table. Yup, some stuff are not cooked yet so they'll do it once you put your pin there.
The shark's fin soup was nice. As were the oysters. Fresh. :)
I especially like the Alaskan Squid. I haven't had that Alaskan Squid before. I'd imagine all squid tasted the same but the Alaskan type has a different texture to it.
The lamb and the venison was also delicious. Who would've thought that venison would be served there...
I might go there a second time at the end of the month. Now that I know the layout, I'd probably enjoy it more... :)
Venue: Jogoya, Relish Floor, Starhill, Bukit Bintang
Cost: (with voucher) RM60 each (totally worth it)
Foodie: Panzer, Zafirah, Aidil

Food: Seafood

Again, one of the outings during Christmas breaks... I thought all of the photos were destroyed in the virus attack... my new thumbdrive easily succumbs to virus attacks and I always lose photos and/or documents... but these survived...

We went here after a game of bowling at Times Square... this food court is situated behind Lot 10... next time I go there I'll take more photos and make sure I upload immediately...

Mussels in hot garlic sauce

Lala in sweet sour sauce

Shrimp in thick curry sauce

We normally eat these with fried rice... delicious...
Venue: Food Court behind Lot 10
Cost: RM20 per person

Food: Fish & Co

While on the public holiday stretch, me and this guy went to One Utama. Originally, we were supposed to go to Ampang Yong Tau Foo near Ampang Point but he wanted to eat here:

Been a while since I last ate at Fish & Co so I went along, plus it was kinda a belated besday dinner thingy anyways. But the traffic was hell. Lucky for me, I was not driving. Parking was even worse! What's worse than hell you ask? Try driving in KL during peak holiday time. Grrr... Lucky it was not me driving... enough rambling, food time...

The sauces

Seafood Cream Soup

Refillable Passion Fruit Drink...
though you have to top up about RM5 for the drinkies to be bottomless

Both have blogs that needed updates...

Mushroom Alfredo

Calamari

New York Fish & Chips
Portions are quite small. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, the food was quite delicious. Especially the calamari, has a spicy kick to it. After dinner, we went to Speedy opposite Fish & Co and I ended buying Ben 10 season 4 and Alien Force.... for my nephew. Yes, that's it. Nephew. I love Alien Force. The kids are grown up and more powerful. Especially Gwen. What? I have to test the discs first. Dun wanna give my nephew faulty discs... :P
Venue: Fish & Co, One Utama
Cost: RM50
Foodie: Abah
This was taken as I was snapping, did not even notice...

Food: Bangsar Seafood @ Bangsar One

Panzer and Dzeng both were championing the buttered crab. Believe it or not, we are running out of new places to dine out nowadays. I'd like to shake things up every now and again. It's not really good to stick to one routine eh?

Anyways, so we all went to Bangsar Seafood Restaurant @ Bangsar One. It's next to Bangsar Village (but there's a BMW or Volvo dealership in between the two) and in front of TMC.

Apparently, they were having a discount for the crabs. It's supposed to be RM50 something per kg but not it's at 30 something...

The place is quite fancy. Very huge. Intimidating. But nice. :)

Panzer arrived first. I came from work. Yes, I am working 7 days a week these days. Huhuhu. While waiting for Dzeng and friend to arrive, we ordered first.

No meal is complete without calamari

It came with a special dipping sauce. Not quite the Thai sweet cili sauce. Nice.

Close up of the dipping sauce

Garlic infused mixed vege, to be a bit balanced

The waitress said that the buttered crab are normally noshed with these bread, one plate of steamed bread and one plate of fried bread

Close up - fried bread (like little bow ties eh?)
Pale bow ties...

The main course - buttered crab

The complete meal (that's Dzeng holding up the camera, I was about to relieve Elsa of her snapping duties but Dzeng's camera conked out so Elsa still had to serve)

The crab was fresh and the buttered sauce was quite exquisite. Unfortunately, it reminded me a bit too much of Chicken Rice Shop's buttered chicken sauce. Guess it was the same recipe. Turn off sket la plak. Tempat mahal vs tempat relatively murah. Same taste. Go figure.
Dzeng ordered egg tofu dish to add on but we were in the midst of getting our hands dirty digging into the crab. So no pic...
The food was nice. But I was not really full. Silly me for not having the rice and opting for the bread. Plus it was my actual first time eating crab that huge and not in the house where we can just be as messy as we wanna be. Actually, my family rarely indulged. It was either prawns or fresh water fish or terubuk. Hardly ever dined on crab. Hmmm...
Venue: Bangsar Seafood Restaurant @ Bangsar One
Cost: About RM200
Foodie: Panzer, Dzeng, Dzeng's Friend (forgot his name...)
