Chuck

One night... tgh lapar2... geledah2 dapur, satu hapa pun takde... kecuali potato ngan sardin... trus teringat this guy... and his show... and his recipe...

Tapi atas sebab takde suma ingredients... terpaksa la ubah recipe mengikut keadaan...


Rebus kentang...

Dah masak, potong camnih...

Pastu letak dlm pan mengikut layer...

Pastu lenyekkan sardin dan masukkan bawang... letak la sket garam dan pepper...

Pastu layerkan sardin tu atas kentang tadi...

then letak sket butter dan cheese... pastu continue buat layer potato plak...

tabur sket parmesan cheese...

pastu bakar sampai golden...

bila potong satu portion...

ni la rupanya...
Baked Potato Sardin... sedap gak layan... hehehhe...
Maybe next time, Wan akan wat mengikut resipi Chuck tuh... nak rasa sedap ke tidak...

Kelapa

Quan Ice Cream & Coffee House kat Desa Pandan ni selalu jugak la jadi tempat makan kitaorg... tapi skang ni dah lain sket sbb diaorg tak bagi amek gambar dah... takut org copy-paste recipe/menu diaorg kot...


Tapi berjaya gak amek gambar menu satu nih...


Kelapa blended... isi kelapa tuh dicampur ngan something... maybe susu atau vanilla ice cream... tapi mmg best dan creamy... nak pulak time2 tgh panas2 nih...

Ribs

Masa Wan balik Kuantan ari tuh, ayah Wan gi pasar beli tulang rusuk lembu... atau Ribs, bak kata omputih...

Banyak cara nak masak ribs nih... masa tu ada mustard kat dalam peti ais so Wan decide nak wat Ribs with mustard...

Cuci dan potong mengikut citarasa

Rebus ngan bawang dan pepper...

Air tadi tu leh guna utk stok masak mende lain... hehehe

Mustard nih, salut ribs tuh, part daging aja, pastu salut lak ngan tepung...

Camni la rupanya...

Then goreng...

Sampai rangup dan golden... makan la ngan family... :)

yg ni Wan jumpa kat Midvalley... ada kawan keje situ...

dia bagi sample... sedap gak... ada daging salai, ayam salai, ayam spicy salai...

Leh wat sandwich atau makan cam gitu jer as a snack... :)

Paella

Paella (sebutan PA-AY-YA) is a Spanish dish... paling popular seafood paella...



One of TLC's shows is Rocco Gets Real (selalu pair ngan David Rocco's La Dolce Vita)... in this show, Rocco answers letters from viewers who needs help in cooking... he comes over to the house and show them how to cook and then they'd cook it the next day...

In one of the episodes, he was teaching this stay-at-home dad how to make grown-up food, which was the paella... he made it seem so easy so I decided to try... but with a few adjustments because the recipe called for alcohol...

The ingredients... pretty much the same except no seafood and no white wine... gantikan ngan white grape juice or sparkling grape juice or apple juice... Wan gunakan apple juice...
Most of the ingredients available at Cold Storage... the Gardens branch... :)
Rebus ayam for the stock... mahal la nak beli low sodium chicken broth... but rebus tu kejap jer, just untuk dapatkan sedikit stock... ayam tu biar masak betul2 dalam nasik nanti...


Potong suma ingredient, sesuka hati nak bentuk apa...

Saffron ni Wan beli kat Singapore ari tuh... akhirnya dapat guna... :)

Tumis suma bahan2 yg dipotong tadi... Wan mula2 tumiskan chorizo sausage tuh without any oil... utk kuarkan spicy oil dlm sausage tuh... then baru masukkan sket olive oil utk sautee bawang suma tuh...

Then masukkan beras ngan chicken stock...

Masukkan apple juice dan saffron... jgn lupa garam dan pepper... dan ayam and olives... pastu biar jer sampai nasik tu masak...

bagi budak2 makan... hehehe... sedap gak... :)
