Tahun lepas, Wan ada pegi ke Swensen's (http://thewanonly.blogspot.com/2009/01/food-swensens.html)... pastu dah tak pegi2 dah sebab jauh... kat Subang Parade... huhuhu...


This year, terjumpa lak Swensen's kat Singapore hari tuh... terus masuk, untuk dinner...

Kawan Wan cakap Swensen's halal kat Singapore (rupa2nya banyak eateries yg tak halal)...

Swensen's memang famous for ice cream tapi restoran tu jual mcm2 lagi makanan lain...

Siap ada chocolate fondue fountain lagi...

Kawan Wan order mushroom soup (sebab dia sakit gigi, takleh makan makanan keras2)...

Wan order feberet Wan lar... all-day breakfast... mushroom dia sgt lah best... dan french toast... delicious sgt... sosej pun ok gak, dia pakai yg dah ada spice dalam isi tuh...

Kan Swensen's feymes utk ice cream... so lps dinner kena la makan ice-cream...

Mango Lychee Sorbet... tak pernah ada kat Mesia nih... tapi mungkin dah ada sbb Wan pun lama tak jenguk Swensen's Malaysia... huhuhu

Wan order Coit Tower... dessert paling famous Swensen's, besides Earthquake... Coit Tower ni mmg best... special sgt... sundae yg ada chocolate fudge, vanilla ice cream, kacang, pisang, sos strawberry, whipped cream ngan cherry... best... :)

Dulu... ada outlet ni kat Sg Wang... selalu gak la pegi makan with my friends... Swensen's is not just only about ice-cream, walaupun jenama ni mmg feymes utk ice cream... byk gak makanan dia yg lain2... termasuk burger yg beso nak mampos... tgk la blog avatar Wan...

Ni kat Midvalley, dekat ngan GSC...

Tapi cuma jual eskrem jer... :(

Food: Waffle World

Went to Waffle World in Sunway Pyramid, I think it was a public holiday... haven't tried this eatery before so I was a bit excited... hehehe... I was with a new friend and he was eating a lot more than me... behold:

His: Baked Seafood with Rice

His: Baked Garlic Cheese Mussels

Mine: Chicken Cordon Bleu

Mine: WW Tower

Food's okay, from what I managed to steal away from my friend. The Cordon Bleu is okay, slightly different from the usual. Tasty, but prefer Secret Recipe's. I'm biased... :)

The WW Tower looked like a replica of Swensen's Coit Tower... Taste-wise? Not bad, but slightly inferior to the original.

All in all, good eatery, plenty of choices and they have a choice for you to get the unlimited soda or just the one glass. :)

We went to Swensen's last year. Craving. Used to go there quite a lot when the branch at Sg Wang was still open. But now there are only two more branches left. One in SS2 and one in Subang Parade. Unfortunately, SS2 branch's existence has not been confirmed. Can anyone verify that there is a Swensen's there?

My Mega Burger. Yup, Mega. Very huge. Had a huge beef patty, egg, cheese, two deli meats (turkey and chicken), lettuce, tomato slices, pickle, eggplant, onion and humongous bread

Just to demonstrate how hugantinormous the burger is, I am posting three pics of meself. I rarely do that. Post pics of meself, okay, maybe one or two before this but it's a special circumstance...

Menu's slightly changed. Price has gone up I think. The quality of the food however, has not changed. Still good. The chicken wings were nice. Burger, nice, although tiring to eat. The desserts, delectable.

Earthquake is the big ass ice cream dish and Swensen's has some nice ice creams...
