Upside Down Cake

Percubaan kedua pun lebih kurang juga... tak dapat nak caramelize kan sugar water tu... tapi rasanya sebab kitaorg tak upkan api tu... kena high temperature kot... so next time wat kek ni, harap2 dapat lar caramelize tu... supaya pineapple and top of the cake karer dia kemerahan sket...


Oh, this time, tak guna cake flour kuning... guna cake flour putih, so kek ni paler compared to the previous cake... tp rasa sama jer... :)
