delicious

Ada sorang colleague Wan, masa lunch tadi, dia pegi delicious kat Jalan Tun Razak (Dua Residence) sebab ada lunch appointment...

Info:
Pavlova is made by beating egg whites (and sometimes salt) to a very stiff consistency before folding in caster sugar, white vinegar, cornstarch, and sometimes vanilla, and slow-baking the mixture similarly to meringue. This makes the outside of the pavlova a crisp crunchy shell, while the interior remains soft and moist. The pavlova's internal consistency is thus completely different from that normally associated with meringue, having more of a soft marshmallow texture. This difference is due to the addition of cornstarch, the use of which is the defining feature of a pavlova recipe.

Food: The Apartment

Went to KLCC on a date and was brought to The Apartment...

Raspberry Cooler (RM10.50)

Iced Lemon Tea (RM7.90)

Duck Mango Salad (RM19.90)

Baked Fish (RM23.90)

Andrew's Pasta (RM17.90)

Strawberry Peach Pavlova (RM11.90)

The price range was not too bad, kinda high but the food's quite nice. It's just that... the portions are a tad small... sigh... at the end of the meal, I was not full...
The strawberry peach pavlova was nice (actually just caught the Asian Food Channel and they were making Pavlovas the night before)... and this was the first time I actually had a taste of asparagus and I liked it... :)
