Dia ada show kat TV, namanya Rachel Allen's Cake dan juga terjumpa buku resipi ni kat Big Bad Wolf so beli lar dan teringin nak cuba satu resipi dia iaitu Cheesecake Brownie...

Ingredients yang diperlukan...

Dah mix in brownie batter ingredients, dan masukkan dalam baking tin....

Pastu mix plak ingredients utk cheesecake...

Then letak tompok2 cheesecake tu atas batter brownie...

Pastu guna lar lidi atau garfu, poke batter tu, then tarik ke kiri dan ke kanan tin sampai lar jadi macam ada pattern yang ala2 cantik...

Bakar dalam oven dan ini lah rupanya... Cheesecake Brownie... senang je nak buat... sedapppp.... :)

Oreo Cake

Oreo cake... atas permintaan kawan... cuba la buat... ada trial and error sana sini tapi boleh tahan lar end result... bukan cheesecake tau... just oreo cake... :)

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Semalam cuba buat Pineapple Upside Down Cake... tak berapa jadi... sebab masalah teknikal masa nak buat caramel tu... so kek tu jadi terlebih manis dan terlebih moist... tapi colleagues suma cakap sedap... hmmm...

Anyway, this weekend akan attempt lagi sekali... harap2 jadi betul2 lar... will update on the cake situation... :)
