Makan pun makan gak. Tapi kena ingat2 gak kan. Recommendation pakar makanan ni kita leh try. Mana la tau. Kot2 leh bantu pada sesapa yg nak kurus tu. Wan pun tgh2 try tips vegetable soup tuh. Bukan nak kurus, just nak maintain... Heheheh...
