Butter Cake

Jom wat butter cake... just a simple butter cake jer...


Ingredients...


Butter tu kena room temperature... pukul sampai jadi ala2 putih...
masukkan telur, gula, susu, vanilla, garam... pukul lagi...


Masukkan self raising flour...


Batter tu masukkan dlm acuan... bakar dlm oven...


Bila dah masak, masukkan pisau dan tarik kuar,

pisau tu bersih, tanpa apa2 kesan kek atau batter... hehe

nampak tak kesan luka kat tengah2 kek tuh...

Potong dan serve/makan... sodap... :)

Mini Meatloaf

Wan dapat resipi ni dari majalah... saja jer la nak cuba try test ari tuh...


Ingredients: meat, tomato, bawang, carrot, telur, tomato paste atau passata dan thyme

Dadukan bawang dan carrot dan saute...


Pastu combine ngan suma ingredient lain tadi...


Letak dalam individual ramekin... top up ngan passata, thyme dan fresh tomato...


Bakar dlm oven...


Tadaa.... :)

Resipi - Molten Cake

Ingredients:

85g Self-Raising Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

40g Cocoa

40g ground almonds 125g Butter

100g Caster Sugar

2 Eggs

Chocolate Bar

Oil for the ramekins Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa... add almonds... Beat the butter with sugar... Add eggs and flour mix... beat everything together...
Spoon mixture into ramekin/moulds yg dah disapu minyak... put some chocolate bar in the middle, then cover the bar with the mixture...
Masuk oven 180C... 20-25 minutes...
Cool for 10 minutes, then terbalik kan kuar dr ramekin/mould...

Resipi - Ginger Jam Bread Pudding

Nampak cam best kan?


INGREDIENTS
75g unsalted butter
75g sultanas
3 tablespoons dark rum
10 slices brown bread
approx. 10 x 15ml tablespoons ginger conserve or marmalade
4 egg yolks
1 egg
3 tablespoons caster sugar
500ml double cream
200ml full-fat milk
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons demerara sugar


Ingredients...

Tapi sultanas tak jumpa, so guna raisins jer...

Of coz Wan tak guna rum utk rendam raisins nih... kalau ikut resipi asal kena guna rum, tapi Wan tak minum, so Wan tak guna lar... :)

Roti tu kena sapu butter dan juga ginger jam...

Lapikkan dan potong dua...

Sapu butter pada loyang supaya tak lekat...

Letak kepingan sandwich tadi, susunan sesuka hati... Wan ikut Nigella nyer style...

Pastu tabur kismis tadi...

Pecah telur2 tuh...

Campur krim dan juga gula...

Pukul sampai sebati... jgn sampai kembang sangat...

Pastu curah cecair telur/krim tuh dlm loyang...

Letak sket butter... dan biar beberapa minit... supaya roti tu serap cecair krim tuh...

Masuk dlm oven yg dah preheated 180 degrees celcius selama 30-45 minit...

Tadaaaa... yup, agak rentung... sbb letak dlm oven 45 minit... patutnya 30 minit jer... takpe, belah atas tu jer yg crispy/burnt... yg lain2 suma masih okay...

So masa nak serve tu, buang la dulu bahagian rentung sebanyak mana boleh, pastu serve terbalik, ehhehehe

Tapi in the end, still nampak okay, dan lazat...



P/S - Kalau resipi nak egg whites, sila la rajinkan diri asingkan the yolks... kalau tak, puding roti ni terasa sgt ketelurannya dan takde langsung rasa ginger... tapi colleagues Wan cakap still sedap.... :)

Resipi - Nasi Goreng Tomyam


Resipi dicilok daripada:
1 mangkuk besar nasi putih
4 ulas bawang putih - hiris
5 ulas bawang merah - hiris
100 gm udang kecil
100 gm isi ayam - dipotong kecil
Garam
2 kiub tomyam knorr
2 batang kacang panjang - potong kecil
1 batang carrot - potong kiub
Gula

Cara:
Tumis bawang merah, putih hingga naik bau. Masukkan kib tomyam, isi udang dan ayam. Masak 1 minit. Masukkan kacang panjang, carrot, gaul rata. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa. Masak 2 - 3 minit, sedia untuk dihidang.

Resipi - Flourless Orange Cake

Wan Google resipi untuk Flourless Orange Cake nih... sebab agak pelik lar bila tahu kek yg tak guna tepung nih... nak tau apa substitutenyer...

2 medium-size, thin-skinned oranges, preferably seedless
1 1/2 cups ground almonds
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Scrub the fruit well. Place in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover and simmer for 2 hours, checking every once in a while to make sure the water hasn’t boiled off too much. Drain and when cool enough to handle, cut the fruit in half carefully, and remove all of the seeds (otherwise the cake will be bitter).
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour, or line with parchment, a 9-1/2- or 10-inch springform pan. Put the fruit, skin and all, in a food processor fitted with the steel blade and puree. Measure out 1-1/4 cups.

Beat the eggs with the sugar and baking powder at medium-high speed until thick and lemon-colored. Add the ground almonds and mix well. Mix in the pulped orange at low speed, in two or three additions, beating for 20 seconds after each addition. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour, until firm and a knife comes out clean. If the top begins to get too brown halfway through, cover loosely with foil.

Insyallah, kalau takde apa2 hal, Ahad ni Wan akan cuba resipi nih... oh, skang ni Wan dah wat plan untuk cuba masak something baru setiap Ahad sebab Project Cookbook tu cam tak jalan jer dulu.. so kena la berdedikasi sket ek... :)
