my friend who studied food science once told me, if you baked the tomato with dash of salt & pepper... you'll get the umami flavor out!Cadangan untuk basic seasoning sahaja :)Usually when I did my meatloaf, I added parmesan cheese too with s&p. And bread crumbs soaked in milk sometimes. Recipes are meant to be manipulated & improved!
