Mini Meatloaf

Wan dapat resipi ni dari majalah... saja jer la nak cuba try test ari tuh...


Ingredients: meat, tomato, bawang, carrot, telur, tomato paste atau passata dan thyme

Dadukan bawang dan carrot dan saute...


Pastu combine ngan suma ingredient lain tadi...


Letak dalam individual ramekin... top up ngan passata, thyme dan fresh tomato...


Bakar dlm oven...


Tadaa.... :)

my friend who studied food science once told me, if you baked the tomato with dash of salt & pepper... you'll get the umami flavor out!
Cadangan untuk basic seasoning sahaja :)
Usually when I did my meatloaf, I added parmesan cheese too with s&p. And bread crumbs soaked in milk sometimes. Recipes are meant to be manipulated & improved!
