Recipe: Apam Gula Hangus

Found the recipe for Apam Gula Hangus online... maybe I'll have a go at it some time soon... or maybe I'll just go back to the Pasar Ramadan in Kuantan and buy boatloads of that perfect Apam... :)

Ingredients:

2 biji telur
1 cawan gula pasir
1 cawan air
1/2 cawan minyak masak
2 sudu besar marjerin
2 sudu susu pekat
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat.
1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum.

1st Buka

1st Buka with family. Mom made Nasi Air Berlauk. Me and my brother went to Pasar Ramadan and bought some kuihs and murtabak. Pasar Ramadan is actually bad for your puasa. Pegi situ jer banyak pahala melayang sbb cuci mata. Sigh. Byk gak pemandangan menarik kat Kuantan. Huhuhu.
